The recipient of “Thailand Tattler’s”, “Best Restaurant Award” 2005 and 2006, “Metro High Five” , “Best Vegetarian Restaurant” 2005 awards, and “Phuket Hotelex Culinary Competition” 3rd position winner in the seafood category, Chef Colin Stevens is now showcasing his prodigious cooking skills at Hilton Dalaman Resort & Spa. Mr. Collins is expecting all gourmet guests at the hotel's main restaurant Sarigerme on June 17th for Asian delicacies, and on June 24th for a night of Tex-Mex cuisine.
